Return Instructions

If you wish to return an item to Mengray Fashion, please follow the instructions below within 15 days of delivery.

1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging.All items must be returned in good condition. In case the item(s) is received in damaged condition, please contact the customer support.
2. Send the return package to the following address, please include your order details slip with the item(s).Post Office Khas Bharth, Sialkot 51310, Pakistan
3. Package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method like USPS or any Insured Parcel Post.
