  • We do not accept personal checks.

Currency:

5. Pricing and Availability

6. Order Acceptance

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard orders: You may cancel within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • Custom orders: You may cancel within 24 hours of placement. After production begins, cancellation is not possible.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. You may accept and return the parcel per our Refund & Return Policy.

  • To cancel, contact admin@mengray.com with your order number.

8. Shipping

  • Shipping is governed by our Delivery & Shipping Policy.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, war, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

9. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Custom orders are non-returnable except for defects or mismatch with approved photos/video.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All Site content (logo, text, images, designs) is owned by or licensed to Mengray.com and protected by IP laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

  • Customer-submitted content: By submitting designs, photos, or measurements, you grant us a license to use them solely to fulfill your order.

  • You confirm you own or have rights to any content you submit.

You agree to indemnify and hold Mengray.com harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

12. Limitation of Liability
